The internet is abuzz with a video of an unknown life form in North Carolina sewer. The video footage taken by a “snake camera” shows some slimy organic mass. Check out in the video below in YouTube.

Rumors like aliens, new creature, etc were floating around in the internet world. But fortunately or unfortunately, according to city officials, the unknown life form is simply a colony of tubifex worms.

Wikipedia says:

Tubifex tubifex, also called the sludge worm, sewage worm, or lime snake; is a species of tubificid segmented worm that inhabits the sediments of lakes and rivers on several continents.

What a stupid end to all the imaginations!
