After the eruption of Eyjafjallajokull volcano, I was curious to know how long do volcano eruptions last? I found the below table from VolcanoLive. Almost 28% of eruption last for 1month to 6 months. It is scary to see that almost 75% of the volcano lasts more than one week and more than 56% last more than a month.
