Reba McEntire was on today’s America’s Got Talent and performed “Consider Me Gone”.
Some info on the song: “Consider Me Gone” is a moderate up-tempo, featuring electric guitar and steel guitar fills. The narrator describes her lover as not being satisfied with her, but she decides to carry on without him and tells him to “consider [her] gone”.
The Lyrics:
If I’m not the one thing, you can’t stand to lose
If I’m not that arrow to the heart of you
If you don’t get drunk on my kiss
If you think you can do better than this
Then I guess we’re done, let’s not drag this on
Consider me gone
